In the second stage, one or more of the carrier system models such as steel, reinforced concrete, prefabricated, composite or masonry are selected according to the architectural features of the building. Projects are produced in accordance with all international standards and the legislation published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. In our first step after listening to your requests, we start your project with on-site inspections by our architect. After his initial examination, our architect creates a draft plan project with alternatives, using his professional knowledge and skills. Based on the approved plans, three-dimensional 3D visuals of your building are prepared using the latest computer technologies. You can decide and make changes to the interior and exterior appearance of your building in these 3D images.

1- Stage - Existing material analysis of the building: Core samples and schmit hammer readings taken from each floor to determine concrete durability values, T.R. Evaluation and breakdown tests are carried out in a laboratory approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. In addition, the density of iron reinforcement in the load-bearing system is determined by destructive and non-destructive iron reinforcement stripping, scanning and x-ray studies carried out on each floor.
